Blending structure with culture.
That’s the foundation of Structule.

Too many moving parts?

Each piece was made at a different time, by someone else. I design them together, so they finally move in one direction.

Pick what you need

One clear direction.

Different pieces. One connected system.

Not sure what you need?

That's where most good projects start. Tell me what isn't working — I'll suggest the right scope.

.where projects start

It usually starts with something that isn’t working.

These are the four I hear most often. If one sounds like you, start there — and see how I turn it around.

the problem

Your business grew.
Your brand didn’t.

what I do

A brand refresh that keeps what works.

solutionview project

the problem

Your product is good.
It just doesn’t look like it.

what I do

A brand that shows the quality before anyone reads.

solutionview project

the problem

People visit.
They don’t take action.

what I do

A website built around one clear next step.

solutionview project

the problem

Everything works.
Nothing feels connected.

what I do

Brand, website and product rebuilt on one logic.

Recognise yours? Start the brief — it takes about a minute.

tell me what’s going on

.selected work

Different problems.
Different solutions.

Every project here started with a question like the ones above. This is how I answered them.

.about

You talk to the person who designs it

I’m Damian. For 13 years I’ve designed products, brands and websites inside agencies and product teams, for NIVEA, Sodexo, Benefit Systems and MegaHR. Structule is the same work without the layers in between.

Product, UI, brand, motion and 3D in one head, so the pieces end up going in one direction. You write to me, I design it, and I stay on it until it’s built.
